10% regular vermouth 50% dry vermouth 40% gin I spray of fresh mint 'Fill glass with ice. Stir, strain, and serve.

PRAIRIE COCKTAIL

100% gin I egg. Salt and pepper.

PRINCE COCKTAIL

35% white creme de menthe 35% gin 30% regular vermouth Shake. I dash orange bitters 35% regular vermouth 35% gin 30% creme de menthe, white Frappez.

PRINCE HENRY COCKTAIL

PRINCESS MARY COCKTAIL

40% creme de cacao 10% sweet cream 50% gin shake well, and strain into cocktail glass.

PRINCETON COCKTAIL Gin cocktail, with one squirt of Seltzer on top.

PUEBLO COCKTAIL
