One piece of pineapple in glass Juice of Vi an orange 50% gin 25% dry vermouth 25% regular vermouth Fill glass with cracked ice; shake, strain, and serve.

RACQUET CLUB COCKTAIL

50% dry vermouth 50% gin Orange peel on top

RAPHAEL COCKTAIL

50% Dubonnet 40% dry vermouth 10% gin Fill glass with broken ice; stir, strain, and serve.

RAYMOND COCKTAIL

Two dashes chartreuse 40% dry gin 30% dry vermouth 30% regular vermouth Twist of lemon peel Serve in champagne glass.
