SIDECAR COCKTAIL

Juice of half a lime 50% Cointreau 50% brandy Drop Yz of lime in shaker. Shake well, and strain into cock tail glass.

SILVER COCKTAIL (Use mixing glass half full of ice)

1 dash gum syrup 2 dashes orange bitters 1 dash angostura bitters

2 dashes maraschino 50% dry vermouth 50% dry gin ^ Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, twist piece of lemon peel on top,and serve.

SIR WALTER COCKTAIL (Commonly \nown as the"Swalter")

I teaspoonful grenadine I teaspoonful curagao I teaspoonful lemon juice 50% brandy 50% rum Shake well, and strain into cocktail glass.

SLOE GIN COCKTAIL

75% sloe gin 25% regular vermouth Fill glass with ice. Stir, and strain into cocktail glass. Serve.
