MIXER'S GUIDE
WHISKY FLIP
Use large bar glass. One-half tablespoonful of sugar. One egg, well beaten. One wine glass of whisky. One-half glass of shaved ice. Shake well; strain into small shell glass; grate a little nutmeg on top and serve.
Highballs {Use high ball glasses)
AMERICAN PICON HIGHBALL
One piece of ice in glass. Three-fourths jigger American Picon. One-fourth jigger Grenadine. Fill glass wiA fizz water, stir with spoon and serve.
BACARDI HIGHBALL
One jigger Bacardi Rum. One piece of ice. Fill glass with fizz water.
Serve.
B. B. HIGHBALL
Juice of one-half an orange. One jigger Scotch Whisl^. One piece of ice. Fill glass with Ginger Ale. Serve.
BERMUDA HIGHBALL
40 per cent Brandy. Jigger measure. 40 per cent Dry Gin. 20 per cent French Vermouth. One lump of ice. Fill with siphon. Serve.
