No. 8. Black Velvet Punch (For 10 people)

pound White Sugar or more to taste. Juice of 6 Lemons, Tablespoonful of Angostiu'a Bitters, 1 quart Stout, 1 quart Champagne. Pour the Champagne and Stout into the well-mixed Lemon Juice, Sugar and Angostura Bitters. Serve ice cold in punch glasses dressed with Fruit.
