THE BARTENDER'S FRIEND
Mulled Wine and Eggs Sherry
Into a bowl break 3 eggs, add 2 table- spoonfuls of fine sugar, and whip to a froth. Scald i quart of sherry and stir into it 2 pinches each of ground allspice, cinnamon, and cloves. Pour the hot sherry slowly into the egg mix ture, stirring rapidly.
