Sugar Syrup 2 dashes Stir well in bar glass with lump o£ ice, twist orange and lemon peel over and serve with ice water chaser.

Port Wine % jigger Apricot Brandy... jigger Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.
