Plain Soda to fill Stir well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add lump of ice, soda to fill and serve.
KIRSCH
Kirschwasser

Seltzer to fill Stir well with ice in highball glass. Add seltzer to fill, stir well and serve with straws.
KISS-ME-QUICK 1 jigger Curacoa 2 dashes Plain Soda
Absinthe

to fill Shake well with ice and strain into tall highball glass. Add cracked ice, seltzer to fill and serve with straws.
