Strawberries 3 or 4 Sugar Syrup 2 spoons Shake well with ice and strain into goblet. Add cracked ice to fill and serve with straws.

SUDAN

Gin

1 jigger Fr. Vermouth ....1 jigger

It. Vermouth 1 jigger Lime

1 spoon

Plain Soda or Cider to fill Shake well with ice and strain into chilled goblet. Add plain soda, or cider, to fill and serve.

TAMARIND PUNCH

Gin

r2 jiggers Sweet-Sour

2 spoons

Tamarind to fill Stir well with ice in goblet. Add seltzer to fill, twist lemon peel over and serve with straws. 1 jigger Seltzer

TIP TOP PUNCH 1 jigger Sweet-Sour 2 spoons Champagne

Brandy

2 spoons

Benedictine to fill Shake all, except Champagne, well with ice and strain into tall highball glass. Add cracked ice. Champagne to fill and serve with straws.

TOD SLOAN COOLER

Gin

1 jigger Cassis

Lemon

1 spoon Sugar Syrup

1 dash

Seltzer to fill Shake well with ice and strain into tall highball glass. Add cracked ice, seltzer to fill and serve with straws.

TURKISH HAREM COOLER Vin de Rose....to measure Essence of Quince.to meas.

Fill goblet with shaved ice. Pour over Vin de Rose until half filled, add essence of quince until filled, stir gently, decorate with pomegranate ker nels and serve with straws.
