1 spoon Nutmeg to taste Shake well with ice, strain into highball glass, grate nutmeg over and

1% jiggers all of one
Sugar Syrup
Nutmeg to taste Shake well with ice, strain into tall highball glass, add dash of seltzer, grate nutmeg over and serve.
SOL y SOMBRA (Sun & Shadow)
Brandy (Spanish) jigger Gin H j'gger Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve with ice water chaser.
SPECIAL Apricot Brandy ...J^ jigger Curacoa
K jigger
Lemon 1 spoon Stir well and, after filling pousse cafe glass with finely cracked ice, pour in. Add cut straws and serve.
STARS AND STRIPES Creme de Cassis (1) Vs jigger Maraschino (2)

Chartreuse (Or.) (3) Vs jigger Pour carefully, as numbered, into chilled pousse cafe glass, so that ingredients will not mix, and serve with cut straws."(Note: Grenadine substituted for creme de cassis in this recipe, will produce what is known as Union Jack.)
ST. MORITZ Yi jigger Scotch
Kummel 1 dash Fill cocktail glass with shaved ice and place half slice of lemon on top. Pour kummel over, add Scotch and serve with cut straws.
