1 quart Grenadine 4 jiggers Ginger Ale

4 jiggers

Grapefruit 4 bottles Stir well in punch bowl with large lump of ice. Decorate and serve in punch glasses.

PACIFIC PUNCH (For Twenty)

Champagne

2 quarts Cognac 2 jiggers Seltzer 1 pound Lemon

1 quart 1 quart

Curacoa

Sugar juice of 10 Stir all, except Champag^ne, in punch bowl with large lump of ice. When chilled, add Champagrne, decorate and serve in punch cups.

PEACE CUP (For Twelve) Champagne 154 quarts Brandy

3 jiggers 1 basket 1 pound

Maraschino Pineapple

3 jiggers Strawberries

1 slice Sugar

Seltzer VA quarts Crush fruit with sugar, place in punch bowl and add large lump of ice. Add liquors, stir well, add seltzer and serve in punch cups.

PISCO PUNCH (For Twelve)

Pisco Punch

2 bottles Brandy

1 bottle (5th)

Seltzer 1 quart Stir well in punch bowl with ice, decorate with bits of fruits and Maraschino cherries and serve in punch cups.

PUNCH ROYAL (For Twenty)

Brandy Sherry Bardinet

1 pint Apricot Brandy ...4 jiggers

1 quart Sauterne 2 jiggers Orange 1 jigger Grapefruit

1 pint

3 jiggers I jigger 3 sprigs

Lemon

Cucumber...few slices peel Mint

Sugar 4 bottles Crush mint with sugar in punch bowl. Add other ingredients, with large lump of ice and stir well. Decorate and serve in punch glasses. 2 pounds Ginger Ale
