1 spoon

Egg 1 sprig Bruise mint and shake all well with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass, add 1 mint leaf and serve. 54 of white Mint

CLOVER ROYAL

Gin

Grenadine

1 spoon Lemon y2 of yolk Nutmeg

1 spoon

Egg to taste Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, grate nutmeg over and serve.

CLUB

Brandy

54 jigger Orange Bitters ....2 dashes

Maraschino 2 dashes Pineapple Syrup ..2 dashes Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add dash of Cham pagne, twist lemon peel over and serve.

CLUB, No. 2 jigger Grenadine

Whisky

2 dashes

Bitters 2 drops Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, add Maraschino cherry, twist lemon peel over and serve. CLUB, No. 3 54 jigger It. Vennouth 54 jigg" Chartreuse 1 dash Stir well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass, twist lemon peel over and serve.
