Vodka '/i jigger Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve.

FANCY

Whisky Curacoa

1 jigger Angostura 1 dash Sugar Syrup

2 drops

Lemon slice of peel Stir all well with ice and strain into frosted cocktail glass. Add Maraschino cherry or part slice of orange and serve with ice water chaser.

^ jigger Bitters

2 drops

Champagne 1 dash Sweet-Sour ....to wet glass Stir cognac and bitters with ice. Wet chilled cocktail glass with sweet-sour and pour in. Add dash of Champagne, twist lemon peel over and serve.

FANCY SOUR

It. Vermouth Orange Bitters

jigger Maraschino

3 dashes 2 drops

1 dash Bitters

Lemon 2 spoons Stir well with ice, strain into old-fashioned whisky glass with lump of ice, decorate and serve with spoon.

Tobasco of white Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve. 1 drop Egg
