BILTMORE COCKTAIL Fresh Pineapple, muddled 1 dash of Maraschino 54 Italian Vermouth % Dry Gin

Dash Angostura Old Fashion or Aromatic Bitters Ice Mix, strain into cocktail glass and serve.
