Champagne Cup (for 6 guests)
In an attractive punch bowl with ladle, place: 4 pieces ofice 1 glass brandy 2 liqueur glasses orange Curacao I liqueur glass Maraschino I liqueur glass Apricot Brandy I liqueur glass Grand Marnier I quart bottle champagne Decorate with slices oforange and pineapple or anyfruit in season. Stir gently. {All other wine cups may be made the same way, by substituting the desired winefor champagne. Should the wine be too dry, add a tablespoonful ofsugar to contents ofbowl.)
Jamaica Old Fashioned
Use a small, heavy tumbler glass. Place in glass I lump of sugar, slightly saturated with Angostura bitters. Crush sugar and bitters together and add a lump ofice, also a thick slice of orange. Pour into the prepared glass / measures ofJamaica rum.
Marco Polo t measure offresh lime or lemon juice I measures brandy I measures Port Shake andpour into a large goblet glass. Add ice andfill with soda water.
