juice of%fresh lemon ^tablespoonful sugar dash ofAngostura bitters Addjcloves and a slice oflemon. Fill glass with boiling water.
Into a goblet glass, place a good teaspoonful of brown sugar and twist of lemon peel, also a teaspoonful oflemonjuice and 4 cloves. Add: I%measures ofrum Almost fill the glass with boiling water, stir, then slide a teaspoonful of butter on top with a pinch ofnutmeg. I good measure liqueur Scotch whisky I dessertspoonful clear honey I sherry glass fresh cream Mix well, warm slightly to make smooth. Allow to cool before drinking. Traditional drink with thefamous haggis.
