1936 Shaking in the 60's by Eddie Clarke

Fancy Liqueurs When making these following tricky drinks, a useful tip is to pour each ingredient gently over the back ofa spoon so that the liqueur will run slowly down the inside of the glass and then flow gently over its predecessor, thereby avoiding the colours mixing. The correct glass to use for these attractive looking mixtures is the tall thimble(4 out) liqueur glass. It will allow each ingredient to shine in its own particular hue.
