COCKTAILS

Use a small heavy tumbler glass. Place in i lump of sugar, slightly moistened with Angostura bitters. Crush sugar and bitters together and add a lump ofice, also a thick slice oforange. Pour into the prepared glass 2 measures of Bourbon or Rye whisky. Stir and serve with small spoon.

Old Fashioned Cocktail

Dubonnet 1 measures gin Cocktail

V2 measure Dubonnet Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass. Serve twist oforange peel on drink.

Earthquake %measure whisky Cocktail

%measure dry gin %measure Pernod Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

I measure gin I measure lime juice cordial

Gimlet Cocktail

Shake well and strain into a small wine glass. Place small piece of ice in glass andfill with soda.

Scotch Mist Fill small glass with crushed ice and pour in a measure ofScotch whisky.
