SOUR

The juice from half a Lemon squeezed into a mixing glass. Syrup equal to the amount of lemon juice. Brandy. Small quantity of shaved Ice. Stir and strain into fine, thin glass, then put in one small slice oforange. Add dash of soda.

DAIQUIRI SOUR

Juice of 1/2 Lemon. 1 teaspoonful powdered Sugar. 1 glass Daiquiri Rum. Shake. Use champagne glass, add slice of orange and a cherry. Fill with Soda Water.

Juice of 1/2 Lemon. 1 teaspoonful powdered Sugar. 1 glass Rye, Bourbon or Scotch Whisky. Pour into cocktail shaker, add crackled Ice, shake well, strain into a wine glass that has been pre- pared with a slice of orange and a cherry. Fill with syphon soda water.
