ROMANY ROSE.
Invented by Sid Taylor. 25% Apricot Brandy. 25% Benedictine. 25% Lime Juice. 10% Peach Bitters. 10% Absinthe. 5% Angostura Bitters#
Mix. Rub glass round the rim with lemon juice. Rub glass with castor sugar and pour carefully so as not to spoil effect. Serve with a cherry.
ROSE.
2 drops Orange Bitters. 50% Gin. 50% Cherry Brandy. Stir and strain into cocktail glass. Add Maraschino cherry in glass.
ROSSI.
33^% Rossi Aperatif. 33f% Martini Vermouth. 33io/o Gin. 10 dashes Curafao. Mix. Serve with a piece of lemon peel.
ROULETTE.
25% Swedish Punch. 25% Bacardi Rum. 50% Calvados. Mix and strain into cocktail glass.
ROYAL.
33i% Port. 33f% Booth's Gin.
33g-% Grand Marnier. Dash Angostura Bitters. Mix and serve.
