SA

SAM WARD.

3 dashes Angostura Bitters. A good liqueur glass of Green Chartreuse. Mix.

SANDY McKAY.

White of an Egg. 25% Martini Vermouth. 25% Orange Juice. 50% Gin. 3 dashes Grenadine. Shake and serve in a medium size glass.

SAN FRANCISCO.

1 dash Orange Bitters. 1 dash Angostura Bitters. 33^% Sloe Gin. 33^% Martini Vermouth. 33ยง% French Vermouth. Mix and serve with a cherry.

SAN MARTIN.

50% Booth's Gin. 50% Italian Vermouth. 1 teaspoonful Yellow Chartreuse. Must be very well shaken. A little lemon peel squeezed on top.

SAN SILVESTRO.

33J% Sansilvestro. 33^% Brandy. 16f% Lemon Juice. 16f% Orange Juice. Mix.

SANTA CRUZ RUM.

75% Santa Cruz Rum. 25% Lemon Juice. 3 or 4 dashes Goname Syrup. 2 or 3 dashes Maraschino or Curafao. Shake thoroughly and strain into a large cocktail glass, full up with Seltzer or Apollinaris water.
