CLARET LEMONADE Use mixing glass Muddle 1 Lemon with 1 barspoon Sugar Fill !h fine Ice Fill g lass with w a ter. Shake well. Top off w ith Claret Wine. Serve w ith straws. Strain if requested. Use mixing glass Muddle 1 Lemon with 1 barspoon Sugar Fill \/2 fine Ice 1 Egg Fill glass with water. Shake well. Strain into lemonade g lass. PLAIN LEMONADE Use mixing glass Muddle 1 Lemon w ith 1 heaping barspoon Sugar Fill \/2 fine Ice Fill glass w ith water. Shake well. Pour into lemonade glass. Decorate with fruil Strain if requested. FRUIT LEMONADE Make a plain lemonade. Dash With Grena. dine or Raspberry Syrup a'nd d ecorate with fruit in sea'son. EGG LEMONADE
