PISCO PUNCH

PORTO RICO RICKEY

Yt lime Yz ox. raspberry syrup 1 oz. gin Stir in Rickey glass after filling with seltzer.

Yz oz. lemon juice 1 oz. pineapple syrup 1 oz. Pisco brandy

Shake. Strain into 7 oz. glass and fill with seltzer. Famous in San Francisco.

ox. raspberry syrup

Y ox. lemon juice Yn ox. Rum % oz. Brandy Shake.

POUSSE CAFE FRANCAIS 6 COLORS

1. Syrup Framboises 2. Creme de Yvette 3. Curacao (Dark) 4. Creme de Menthe (Green) 5. Kummel 6. Brandy Pour over toddy spoon into tall liqueur glass being careful to keep each color separate. Light the Brandy.

Yx ox. Cointreau Y ox. Picon 1 oz. Dubonnet Shake.

QUEEN ELIZABETH COCKTAIL Juice Yz lime Yz ox. Benedictine 1 oz. French Vermouth Shake.

3. Creme de Menthe (white) 4. Creme de Menthe (green) 5. Creme de Yvette 6. Chartreuse (green) 7. Brandy Pousse cafe can be made in many and various colors but always in the same size glass, except when egg is used.

Yz ox. Maraschino 1 yolk of egg Yz ox. Creme de Vanille Yz ox. Brandy These are put in separate in 4 oz. wine glass.

Shake. First take cocktail glass and wipe the rim with lemon, dip in sugar and then pour in the mixture. 40
