RUM CRUSTA Same as brandy crusta.

lime Yz oz. curacao 1 oz. Southern Comfort Shake.

RUM DAISY Same as brandy daisy.

ROB ROY COCKTAIL

RUM FLIP Same as brandy flip.

Dash Angostura Bitters 54 oz. Italian Vermouth 1 oz. Scotch wiskey Stir. Twist lemon peel. Cherry.

RUM JULEP Make same as Mint Julep using Rum only. RUM SMASH Same as Brandy Smash. RUM SOUR Same as Brandy Sour. RUSS HOUSE COCKTAIL 2 dashes orange bitters 54 oz. blackberry cordial 1 oz. Bourbon whiskey Shake. SARATOGA COCKTAIL 1 dash Angostura bitters 54 oz. pineapple juice 54 oz. maraschino 1 oz. Brandy Shake. SAZERAC COCKTAIL 1/6 oz. absinthe or substitute 1 cube sugar 3 dashes Peychand bitters 54 oz. water 1 oz. whiskey (bourbon) 1 twist lemon peel Take two old fashioned glass es. Into one, pour the absinthe and work it so that it reaches all parts of the glass. Mix the other ingredients like an old fashioned cocktail and pour in to absinthed glass. Add fruit.

ROYAL COCKTAIL

Dash maraschino Yz oz. Cherry brandy Yi oz. French Vermouth Y2 oz. gin Shake. Add cherry.

ROYAL FIZZ

54 spoon sugar 1 oz.lemon juice 1 egg 1 oz. dry gin Shake. Pour into 9 oz. glass and add seltzer.

ROYAL SLOE GIN FIZZ

Same as above substituting Sloe for dry gin.

rum blossom cocktail

54 oz. orange juice 1 oz. dark rum Shake.

rum COLLINS

54 lime 1 spoon sugar 54 oz. lemon juice 1 oz. Rum Use 10 oz. glass. Fill with syphon and add sugar last.
