SERVANTES COCKTAIL

1 dash Angostura bitters 14 oz. Creme de Cacao 1 oz. light rum Stir.

spoon sugar oz. lemon juice White of 1 egg

1 oz. dry gin

SHANDY GAFF

SILVER STREAK COCKTAIL

3 oz. ginger ale in beer glass Fill up with beer. Very Eng lish.

?4 oz. Kummel 1 oz. dry gin Shake.

SHERRY COBBLER

SINGAPORE GIN SLING

54 spoon bar sugar 3 oz. Sherry

54 oz. lemon juice 54 oz. cherry brandy 1 oz. dry gin

Use 10 oz. glass % full fine ice. Put in sugar and sherry. Fill with seltzer and fruit.

Use two cubes ice in 10 oz. glass and fill with seltzer. Fruit.

SHERRY FLIP

SKAAL COCKTAIL

54 spoon sugar 3 oz. sherry 1 egg Shake. Pour into 7 oz. glass. Dust nutmeg on top.

Juice 54 lime

54 oz. gin 54 oz. apricot brandy 54 oz. Swedish punch Shake.

SHERRY AND BITTERS

SKY RIDE 54 oz. lemon juice 54 spoon bar sugar 1 oz. cream 1 oz. Sloe gin Shake. Strain into 7 oz. glass and fizz.

2 oz. sherry glass 1 dash orange bitters Fill with sherry.

SHANGHAI GIN SLING

54 lime 54 oz. lemon juice 54 oz. grenadine 54 oz. benedictine 1 oz. dry gin

SLOE GIN FIZZ

54 oz. lemon 54 spoon bar sugar 1 oz. sloe gin Shake and use 7 oz. goblet. Fizz.

Use 10 oz. glass with 2 cubes of ice. Fill with seltzer. Stir and fruit.

SIDE CAR

SLOE GIN RICKEY

54 oz. lemon juice 54 oz. Cointreau 1 oz. brandy Shake.

54 lime squeezed or muddled 1 cube ice 1 oz. sloe gin in 6 oz. glass Add Seltzer.
