XANTHIA COCKTAIL
WHISKEY SOUR (Eastern)
oz. Cherry brandy 54 oz. yellow chartreuse 1 oz. dry gin Shake.
Same as above with dash of dark rum.
WHISKEY SOUR IN THE ROUGH
% of 1 lemon 1 spoon bar sugar 1 oz. whiskey Use 10 oz. shaker glass. Mud dle the lemon and sugar. Pour in whiskey. Fill with cracked ice. Shake by hand. Decorate with fruit. A wonderful drink.
XERXES COCKTAIL
1 dash orange bitters 54 oz. peach brandy 1 oz. sherry Shake.
YALE COCKTAIL
1 dash orange bitters 1 dash absinthe 154 ozs. gin Shake. Twist orange.
WHISKEY TODDY (Short)
spoon sugar oz. plain water oz. whiskey Stir. 3 oz. glass.

YOKOHAMA COCKTAIL
1 dash absinthe 54 oz. grenadine 54 oz. orange juice 1 oz. sake
WHISKEY TODDY (Long)
Same as above only use larger glass with cube of ice.
Shake like the atom.
ZAZA COCKTAIL
WHITE LADY COCKTAIL
54 oz. benedictine 54 oz. French Vermouth 1 oz. gin Shake. Twist orange peel.
White of 1 egg oz. Cointreau 5^ oz. lemon juice 1 oz. dry gin
Shake. Strain into 5 oz. glass. If you use a hollow stem glass, fill the stem with some colored syrup, stop it with a cherry and hold cherry in place with spoon while pouring the concoction on top.
ZOMBIE (Original)
54 lime 34 oz. apricot brandy 1 oz. pineapple juice 54 oz.lemon juice 1 oz. papaya juice 1 oz. light rum 1 oz. medium rum 1 oz. heavy rum
WHITE ROSE COCKTAIL
Use 14 or 16 oz. chimney glass. Stir with fine ice and decorate with fruits. Many ver sions of this are to be had throughout the country.
1 dash gum syrup 1 egg white oz. Kirschwasser 1 oz. dry gin Shake. Pour into 5 oz. glass.
