1 dash raspberry syrup 1 dash anisette Yz oz. orange juice 1 oz. Canadian Club Shake. Cherry.
WHISKEY COCKTAIL
2 dashes angostura 2 dashes curacao 2 dashes gum syrup 154 ozs. whiskey Stir. Cherry.
WALDORF FIZZ
Yz oz. lemon juice Y oz. orgeat syrup 1 egg white 1 oz. dry gin
WHISKEY CRUSTA
Shake. Strain into 10 oz. glass and fizz. This is not the oriignal Waldorf Fizz as made by Becker Bros. They made up a batter that they invented and kept secret. Twist lemon peel on top.

54 spoon sugar 1 oz. lemon juice 1 oz. whiskey Shake well. Strain into 5 oz. glass. Fruit.
