Brooklynite:
dash of lime juice 1h oz. of honey 2 oz.Jamaica rum dash of Angostura bitters Shalce well and strain. Serve in 3 oz. cocktail glass.
Stork Club Cocktail:
dash of lime juice juice of half orange dash of triple sec 1% oz. gin
dash of Angostura bitters Shake well and strain in chilled 4 oz. glass.
Salty ·Dog Collins:
juice of one lime % tsp. salt 1% oz. gin Shake in a cocktail shaker and pour into 10 oz. glass with two ice cubes. juice of half lime 4 dashes of sweet vermouth 2 oz. Southern Comfort Shake in a cocktail shaker, strain and serve chilled in 3 oz. glass. 1h oz. French vermouth 1h oz. Italian vermouth 1h oz. gin 4 dashes absinthe Stir well and strain into 3 oz. cocktail glass. Add cherry a'nd twist lemon peel.
