Gin Sling:

11h oz. gin sugar to taste

Serve in 8 oz. highball glass with 2 cubes of ice. Fill with carbonic. Twist of lemon peel.

Whisky Daisy:

juice of half lemon 4 dashes of grenadine l 1h oz. whisky S erve in goblet with fine ice, fruit, squirt of seltzer.

John Collim:

use tall glass 2 cubes ice .ยท juice of one small lemon 1 tsp. of sugar 2 oz. Holland gin Fill with soda and stir.

A.pplejack Sour:

2 oz. applejack juice of half lemon 1 tsp. sugar Shake, strain and serve in Delmonico glass. Dress with fruit. Squirt of seltzer.

September Morn Cocktail:

2 oz. Bacardi rum juice of half lime 4 dashes grenadine Add egg white. Shake and serve in 4 oz. wine glass.
