Brandy Smash

teaspoonful of sugar 3 sprigs of fresh mint I jigger Martell brandy Fill glass with shaved ice; stir well with spoon; ornament with fruit in season, and serve. Gin Smash or Whiskey Smash may be made by substituting either. Gin Sling The Gin Sling is made with the same ingredients as the Gin Toddy, except that you grate a little nutmeg on top.
