FIZZES (Another relation of the Collins family)

Texas Fizz

Rum Fizz

Juice of 1/2 Lemon. 1 teaspoon Sugar.

Same as Gin Fizz. Use Orange Juice instead of Lemon.

1J oz. Rum. Shake well.

Strain into long glass. Fill with Syphon Soda. Add 1 cube of Ice.

Bucks Fizz I /4 glass Orange Juice. Fill up with Cold Champagne Use long glass. Add I cube Ice.

Sloe Gin Fizz

Juice of 1/2 Lemon. 1 teaspoon Sugar. IJ oz. Sloe Gin. Shake well. Strain into long glass. Fill with Syphon Soda. Add 1 cube of Ice.

Brandy Fizz

Juice of I Lemon. 1 teaspoon Sugar. 14 oz. Brandy. Shake and Strain. Serve in Highball Glass with 1 cube of Ice. Fill mth Syphon Soda.

Sea Fizz

Juice of 1/2 Lemon. 1 teaspoon Sugar. li oz. Absinthe. Shake well and Strain into long glass. Fill with Syphon Soda. Add I cube of Ice.

Gin Fizz

Same as Brandy. Except use Gin.

Southern Comfort Fizz Juice of I/2 Lemon. 2 oz. Southern Comfort. Sugar optional. Shake and Strain into long glass. Add I cube of Ice. Fill with Syphop Soda.

Silver Fizz

Same as Brandy. Except use Gin and Add White of Egg.
