SOFT DRINKS

Orange Squash

Pussyfoot 1/3 Fresh Orange Juice. 1/3 Fresh Lemon Juice. 1/3 Lime Juice. Dash of Grenadine. Yolk of an Egg. Shake well.

Same as Orangeade. Add Syphon Soda instead of Plain Water.

Pineapple 3 ozs. Pineapple Juice. 1 teaspoon Sugar. 1 /2 fill Tumbler with Cracked Ice. Stir. Fill up with Syphon Soda Water. Serve with Straws. Parson's Special 4 dashes Grenadine. 1 glass Orange Juice. Yolk of Egg. Shake and Strain into medium size glass. Dash Soda Water on top.

Cinderella

1/3 Lemon Juice. 1/3 Orange Juice. 1/3 Pineapple Juice. Shake and Strain into medium size glass.

Yellow Dwarf

1 Yolk of Egg. 1/2 Cream.

1/2 Almond Syrup. Shake and Strain. Fill up mth dash Syphon Soda.
