Lone Tree This is a Medium Martini with a twist of Orange Peel added.

Maiden's Blush 1/2 Dry Gin.

1/4 Lemon Juice. 1/8 Absinthe. 1 teaspoonful Powdered Sugar. 1 teaspoonful Raspberry Syrup. Shake and Strain into coloured glass. Add slice of Lemon on top.

1/2 Scotch Whisky. 1/4 Lemon Juice. 1 Fresh Egg.

1 Dash Sweet Vermouth. Shake and Strain into double Cocktail glass.
