NEW ORLEANS FIZZ In shaker: half white of Egg, the juice of one-half Lemon, one teaspoon each ofSugar and fresh Cream, a dash of Fleur d'Oranger, one glass of Gin; shake well, strain into tum bler, add Schweppes soda wa ter or syphon and serve. Prince Nicolas Toumanoff. In shaker: one-half glass of sweetened Grape Fruit juice, one glass of Gin; shake well, strain into fizz glass, add Schweppes soda water or sy phon and serve. ORANGE FIZZ In shaker: the juice of one-half Orange, a dash of Grenadine, one glass of Gin; shake well, strain into fizz glass, add Schweppes soda water or sy phon and serve. IRISH WHISKEY FIZZ In shaker: the juice of one-half Lemon, one-half teaspoon of Sugar, a teaspoon of Curasao, one glass of Irish Whiskey; shake well, strain into fizz glass,add Schweppessoda water or syphon and serve. ^ In shaker: one-half glass of unsweetened Pineapple juice, one-half glass of Gin; shake well, strain into fizz glass, fill with Champagne. MORNING GLORY FIZZ In shaker: the juice of one- half Lemon, a teaspoon of Su gar, half white of Egg, two dashes of Anis"Pernod fils ", one glass of Scotch Whisky; shake well,strain intotumbler, add Schweppes soda water or syphon and serve.
