In shaker: the juice of one- half Lemon, one glass of sweetened Anis "Pernod fils"; shake well, strain Into fizz glass, add Schweppes soda water Or syphon and serve. SILVER FIZZ In shaker: the juice of one-half Lemon, a teaspoon of Sugar, half white of Egg, one glass of Gin; shake well, strain Into tumbler, add Schweppes soda water or syphon and serve. SOUR GIN FIZZ In shaker: the juice of one-half Lemon, one glass of Old Tom Gin; shake well, strain Into fizz glass, add Schweppes soda water or syphon and serve. SOUTHSIDE FIZZ In shaker: the juice of one- half Lemon, a teaspoon of Sugar, three sprigs of Mint, one-half glass of Gin; shake well, strain Into fizz glass, add Schweppes soda water or syphon and serve.

RUBY FIZZ In shaker: the juice of one-half Lemon, a teaspoon of Rasp berry syrup, half white of Egg, one glass of Sloe Gin; shake well, strain Into tumbler, add Schweppes soda water or sy phon and serve.
