To 40 galls. prepared cider, add : 5 do. water, 16 lbs. N. 0. sugar, 4 galls. spirit.a.

Let it stand 4 days, draw it off, and add 5 gallons good sweet Malaga wine. Color with sugar color– ing.

FoRMULA No. 26.-Xalaga Wine.

To 40 galls. prepared cider, add: 4 do. water. 2 lbs. bruised raisine, 12 do. N. 0. sugar, -t lb. crude tartar, 2 oz. tinct. of kino. Same directions as No. 25.

FoRHULA No. 27-Sherry W"i.ne.

To 40 galls. prepared cider, add:
