8. 3lb0intl)e Cocktail.

A goblet of shaved ice,

2 dashes of maraschino, i dash of bitters (orange),

i dash of anisette, i pony of absinthe. Stir very well, strain into a cocktail glass,

and serve.

Fill a large glass two-thirds full of fine ice,

dash of gum,

i

i dash of absinthe,

a little vino vermouth, 1 pony of Old Tom gin, 2 dashes of orange bitters, 2 dashes of curagao. Stir well, and strain into a fancy glass.

Stye ^Anticipation.

A glass with fine ice,

1 dash of absinthe, 2 dashes of gum, Yz of sherry wine,

of vino vermouth. strain and serve.

Freeze this well ;
