COLUMBIAN COOLER.

Fill thin lemonade-glass one-third full of fine ice, one jig^S^'^ Jamaica rum, one-half jigger Creme De Menthe; stir gently, fill with ice, serve with strav^s.

FEUSEE.

Fill large mixing-glass one-third full fine ice, one jigger port wine, one-half jigger sherry, one egg)oiie large spoonfulsugar,fill with milk. Shake well; strain in thin lemonade-glass,nutmeg on top.

CREME De menthe FRAPPE,

Fill mixing-glass two-thirds full of fine ice, white one egg, shake Avell, put one jigger Creme De Menthe in port-wine glass, then fill with the egg ice. Or, can shake together in mixing-glass, hut it does not look quite so inviting.

SHOLLY MOLLY.

Put two or three lumps of ice in thin lemon ade-glass, one wine-glass claret, fill with ordinary soda"water.
