Milk and Seltzer. (Use large soda-glass^ Fill the glass half full of milk, and the remaining half with seltzer water. Saratoga Cooler. (Use large barglass.) Take i teaspoonful of powdered white sugar. Juice of half a lemon. 1 bottle of ginger ale. 2 small lumps of ice. ^tir well, and remove the ice before serving.

Plain Lemonade. (Use large barglass.) Take the juice of half a large lemon. i}i tablespoonfuls of sugar. 2 or 3 pieces of orange. Shake,and serve with straws.

Egg Lemonade. Same as plain, putting in egg only; shake longer.
