1 teaspoonful powdered suga r. St ir well; give a das h of P ort wme on top, and erve. GIN SANGAREE. :% teaspoonful powder ed suga r 111 a little water. 1 wine-glass Holland gin. J1 glass shaved ice. Stir with a spoon; put about a t easpoon of sherry on top, and serve.
PORTER SANGAREE. (Use large ba r glass .)
r teaspoonful powder ed sugar. K glass shaved ice. Fill up with porter. Stir well; grate nutmeg on top, and serve.
PORT WINE SANGAREE. (Use small bar glass.)
U glass shaved ice. 1 teaspoonful powdered sugar. 1 :% wine-glass Port wine. Shake well; grate a little nutmeg on top; serve.
SHERRY WINE SANGAREE. (Use whisky glass.)
I teaspoonful powder ed sugar. Xf glass shaved ice. 1 wine-glass sherry . Shake well; grate a little nutmeg on top, and serve.
