Sugar, 1 tablespoonful dissolved in little water. Porter; fill up glass. Serve with nutmeg on top. Sangaree, Port Wine. Use large bar glass. Ice, fine; fill glass 1h full. Sugar, 1 teasp'oonfu!. Port wine, 1 large wineglass. Shake well; strain in fancy stem glass and serve with nutmeg on top.

Sangaree, Sherry Wine. Use whiskey glass. Ice, shaved; fill glass 14 full.
Sugar, 1 teaspoonful. Sherry, 1 wineglass. Shak e well and ser ve with nutmeg on top. Scaffa, Brandy. Use small winegl ass. Maraschino, fill glass 1-3 full.
