Use an old fashioned cock tail glass. Ice, 1 small piece. Sugar, 1 t easpoonful dissolved in a dash of seltzer. Old Bourbon whisk ey, 1 jigger. Stir well, leaving spoon in glass; sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
