PUNCHES (Continued) .

PORT WINE :

Use large glass. Lemon juice, three dashes. Sugar, one-ho.If tablespoonful, Orange, two or three slices.

Raapberry syrup, one-half tablespoonful. Fill the glass with cracked ice, then pour in one and one-half glasses of port wine, shake well and ornament with berries of the season ; serve with straws, Use large bowl. White sugar, one and one-ho.If pounds.

QUEEN:

Strawberries, one quaxt. Lemons, juice of four. Oranges, juice of ten. Brandy, two Wine glasses. Catawbe. wine, six quarts. Port wine, one quart. Jamaica rum, one wine glass.

Fill with ice, stir well and dress with slic ' es of orange, pineapple and ber� ries. This wilt do for fifteen people. Fine ice, fill a glass half full. Sugar, c,ne teaspoonful, Lime juice , two or three dashes.

ROMAN :

Orange, juice of one-half. Curacoa, one·quarter pony. Brandy, one.half wine glass. Jamaica rum, one·half pony.

Stir well with a spoon, dash with port wine. Arrange with fruits, berries, etc. Serve with straws.

ROOSEVELT :

Use mixing glass. Half fill with fine ice. Juice and rind of half a lime. Sugar, one tablespoon, Rura, one-third wine glass. Whiskey, two-thirds wine glass.
