Whiskey Rickey. Prepare in the same manner as Vermouth Rickey, substituting whiskey for·vermouth. Ale Sangaree. Dissolve a bar-spoonful of fine suga r in a glass of ale, mix well, and grate a little nutmeg on top. Brandy Sangaree. Fill a mixing-glass half-full of fine ice,. add half a tablespoonfu) of fine sugar, one jigger brandy; shake well and strain, grate nutmeg-on top. Gin Sangaree.
