St. Croix Rum Punch.

Use a large bar glass.

1 table-spooii sugar. 3or 4 clashes lemon juice. 54 pony-glass Jamaicarum. 1 wine-glass St. Croix rum.

Fill up with flue ice. Dress top with fruit and berries in season. Serve with a straw.

St. Croix Sour.

Use a large bar glass. H table-spoon sugar, dissolved in a little Seltzer water. 54 of alemon squeezed into the glass. 54 glass fine ice. 1 wine-glass St. Croix rum. Stir well; strain into a sour glass; dress with fruit in season,and serve.
