Whiskey Flip. Same as Gin Flip, but use whiskey instead of gin. Pan American Flip. Use large bar glass. Two spoonfuls powdered sugar. One pony whiskey. Plenty of fine ice. Fill with milk and shake well. Serve with cherry. Gin Flip. Use large bar glass. One teaspoonful sugar dissolved in a little seltzer Water. One wine-glass Holland gin. One fresh egg. - Two or three lumps of ice. Shake well, and strain into a fancy glass; grate a little nutmeg on top, and serve. Fox Flip. - Use large bar glass. One-half full shaved ice. Juice half lemon. Three bar spoons pulverized sugar. One jigger whiskey (or gin). One egg. Shake well and strain into thin lemonade glass, and fill with ginger ale. 173 Three dashes Orgeat syrup. One pony Creme de Menthe.
