Hot Applejack Toddy.

% lump sugar. 1 jigger apple brandy in hot toddy glass. Fill with hot water.

Hot Lemonade.

1 lemon juice. 1 tablespoon sugar. Fill with hot water. 1 slice lemon.

Hot Milk Punch. •

1 jigger brandy or whiskey. 2 barspoonfuls sugar. 1 dash Jamaica rum.

Fill with hot milk. Stir and serve. Hot Spiced Bum. ^ lump sugar.

1 jigger rum. % barspoonful allspice. Fill with hot water.

Mull Claret.

1 lump sugar. 2 dashes lemon juice. 1 dash Angostura bitters. 2 jiggers claret. 1 barspoon mixed spices. Heat poker red hot and stick in liquid till boiling and serve. Port Wine Negus. % lump sugar. Fill glass % hot water. 1 jigger port wine. Stir. Grated nutmeg on top.

JTJLEPS. Brandy Julep.

2 barspoonfuls syrup. 1 jigger brandy in silver cup filled with crushed ice. Stir gently. Set large bunch of mint on top. Serve with straws. Gin Julep. 2 barspoonfuls syrup. 1 jigger gin in silver cup. Crushed ice. Stir. Bunch of mint on top. Serve with straws.
