1 egg. 1 barspoonful sugar. 1 barspoonful maraschino. 1 jigger milk. Shake.

Grated nutmeg on top.

Gin Flip

1 jigger gin. 1 egg. 1 barspoonful sugar.

Shake well and strain.

Port Wine Flip

1 jigger port. 1 ^gg- 1 barspoonful sugar. Shake; strain. 1 jigger sloe gin. M jigger Curasao. 1 egg. Shake well. 1 jigger Jamaica rum. 1 egg. 1 barspoonful sugar. Shake well; strain.
