CHERRY COCKTAIL.

Use a mixing glass.

2 dashes of syrup. I dash of Aromatic bitters. I pony of cherry wine. I pony of Italian vermouth. J glass of cracked ice. Stir, strain into a cocktail glass, add cherry, and serve. CHOCOLATE COCKTAIL. Use a mixing glass; I teaspoonful of sugar. I fresh egg. I pony Maraschino. I pony Chartreuse (yellow). Fill with fine ice; shake well,strain into fancy stem glass and serve.

CINCINNATI COCKTAIL. Half glass of beer; fill balance with soda water and serve.

CLOVER LEAF COCKTAIL. Use a mixing glass. White of an egg. 2 dashes lemon juice. 1 teaspoonful grenadine syrup. drink French vermouth. %drink dry gin. %. glass fine ice. I teaspoonful cream. Shake, strain in cocktail glass to serve fancy ; add sprig of mint.' 6
