Fill glass with claret or red bur gundy, shake well, strain into small goblet and serve. BLACK STRIPE. 'Take a whiskey glass; pour enough Jamaica rum to cover bottom of glass; then add one tablespoonful of molasses; hand bottle, glass and rum to customer, allowing him to help himself.

BLUE BLAZER. Use silver mugs with handles.
